Anna Eggleston’s childhood love for art was fanned into passion by an influential art teacher. She found her purpose in lending meaning and significance to the object of her brush. Using a thick application style and favored warm and cool earth tones her work touches the realms of realism and impressionism. Through still life paintings she takes inanimate objects, which in and of themselves do not stir any emotion or call for attention, and breathes life into them, providing more purpose to their creation. With her figurative work, Ms. Eggleston is able to capture the beauty of the body while creating a mood in which divinity shines out from the subjects’ humanity.
Ms. Eggleston attended Brigham Young University and there received her BFA in illustration. She also received professional training through an apprenticeship with William Whitaker. Two thousand ten was her debut year; her works were featured in galleries, exhibitions, and accepted into the Society of Illustrators Annual Student Competition. The style and grace of Ms. Eggleston’s work is also attracting a growing number of private collectors. In two thousand eleven she has obtained numerous private commissions enabling her talents and career to develop.

Testimonials
Anna is one of the most adorable and professional people I have ever come in contact with. She is such a talented sweetheart. I'd hired Anna to paint a 24 X 36 watermill for my office and love it. It has become the conversation piece of my office. Everyone who sees it are immediately drawn to it and ask me where I got it. When Anna told me she does all of her art on location I knew it might be difficult for her to locate a watermill, and I was prepared to look at some other options she had sketched for me. I became excited when she e-mailed me and said she had found one. She spent a lot of time searching for the subject and I really appreciate the effort she went to in order to get exactly what I wanted. The piece is absolutely gorgeous! The colors are vibrant that light up the room, and the bridge lines in the view she chose direct the eye right into the subject.
I gave Anna freedom to choose the frame. She not only has an eye for art but also for decor. I am extremely pleased at how well she was able to coordinate the subject matter, the frame and my office theme all together. Wow!
Anna shipped the painting and I received it with no problems at all. In fact, I could tell she spent quite a bit of time finding boxes and constructing a secure package to ship it in. She seperately double boxed the painting inside, and took extra care to wrap the painting in paper and plastic. It was so well protected that I'd consider it to be virtually waterproof and bullet proof! Overall, I am very pleased with Anna's work and with the professionalism of how she handled me from start to finish. I would recommend Anna to anyone who is looking for original art. Thanks Anna.
